Alex­an­dra von Stosch has been working in various manage­ment posi­ti­ons in the com­pa­ny sin­ce 2017. She star­ted at Artprojekt as head of the new­ly crea­ted art and cul­tu­re depart­ment and has been an aut­ho­ri­zed offi­cer and mem­ber of the manage­ment board sin­ce 2019. In addi­ti­on to stra­te­gy, cor­po­ra­te com­mu­ni­ca­ti­ons and con­cept deve­lo­p­ment, her area of respon­si­bi­li­ty as mana­ging direc­tor of the hol­ding com­pa­ny inclu­des in par­ti­cu­lar the focus on cul­tu­re and cor­po­ra­te cul­tu­re as well as nature/environment, which are of over­ri­ding impor­t­ance in Artprojekt’s cul­tu­ral and social com­mit­ment as well as in all three Artprojekt busi­ness are­as of Real Esta­te, Hos­pi­ta­li­ty and Farms & Fisheries.

After com­ple­ting her stu­dies at Sor­bon­ne in Paris, the art his­to­ri­an, who holds a doc­to­ra­te in art histo­ry, was pri­ma­ri­ly respon­si­ble for cura­ting the art collec­tion of the head­quar­ters of Socié­té Géné­ra­le, La Défen­se, with over 2,000 con­tem­pora­ry works, as well as natio­nal art pro­jects in public spaces. In New York she foun­ded and direc­ted the Inter­na­tio­nal Cen­ter for Cura­to­ri­al Stu­dies for many years. In Ber­lin she was Stra­te­gic Direc­tor at the Archi­tek­tur­fo­rum Aedes / ANCB The Metro­po­li­tan Labo­ra­to­ry. She has taught as a visi­t­ing pro­fes­sor at the Hum­boldt Uni­ver­si­ty of Ber­lin and sin­ce 2017 at the Baren­bo­im Said Aca­de­my. She is a board mem­ber of Vil­la Aurora/Thomas Mann House e.V., a mem­ber of the Sci­en­ti­fic Advi­so­ry Board of the Ber­li­ni­sche Gale­rie, a mem­ber of the Board of Trus­tees of the Stadt­mu­se­um Ber­lin and an acti­ve juror, among others at the first “VR Kunst­preis der CAA Ber­lin by DKB 2020.
