Artprojekt Real Estate

The property development company for the realisation of extraordinary real estate projects

Artprojekt’s merchants and technicians work hand in hand with external experts to ensure the professional implementation of their own residential, hotel and commercial projects. In cooperation with outstanding architects and renowned artists, Artprojekt uses the synergies of integrative, harmoniously linked handling of architecture, art and nature.

In its current real estate projects, Artprojekt implements what urban planners aspire to as an “urban mix”: overcoming urban functionalism with usage separation and the recovery of the utilization mix. This includes the creation of affordable flats and artist studios as well as the development of future-oriented working platforms. The goal is to establish liveable and inspiring spaces for the needs and desires of people of different social and economic affiliations. Artprojekt faces the challenge of rising land prices, construction costs and rents through subsidies of different uses and users: the stronger ones finance the weaker ones and in return gain profit on the exciting mix and inspiring cooperation.
