With the experience of creating rooms of permanent living, the team of Artprojekt Hospitality develops temporary living spaces for short and leisure stays as well as events. These include the revival of historic beach baths and marinas in Bad Saarow as well as the establishment of new hotels and restaurants, which are operated by the company. The operator concept includes a range of different cuisines, which primarily consists of regional products, partly from company run farms.

Sustainability and the specific focus on nature are combined with sophisticated architecture and furnishing. The hotels, designed by top international architects, are developed for different target groups with varying interest. Its attractiveness is enhanced by the innovative concept of the “curated hotel” – making it a meeting place for art and culture through changing art exhibitions.
